A graduate of business school and after 20 years of specialized activity in military aviation, Frédéric Tisserand sold his company CONSULTAIR in April 2007 to SOFEMA, where he became Deputy Managing Director. His leadership and strategic vision contributed to consolidating the positioning of SOFEMA in the military aviation market and more broadly in the support of older generation materials.
In 2024, Frédéric was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOFEMA.

CHRISTIAN KAMARA
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICERChristian Kamara graduated from the French Military Academy of Saint-Cyr. After 11 years in the Ministry of the Armed Forces, during which he acquired solid international operational experience, he joined SOFEMA in 2016. As the Head of Sales and Business Development for Africa and the Middle East, he also initiated an innovative business activity with the French Ministries.
In March 2020, Christian Kamara took up the position of Sales Director, where he was responsible for all the sales activities of the company.
In May 2024, following shareholder restructuring, Christian Kamara was appointed Chief Executive Officer.
